Returns Policy

Not keen on your purchase? No worries, request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.*

We inspect all returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation email and order number for proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense for all returns made at the customers choice. (for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size, item did not fit etc.) The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it for you asap.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items sold during sale periods unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund which could result in an additional wait time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form.
