Shipping policy
We only service customers within Australia and New Zealand.
Orders will be shipped via our Gold Coast location and sent via standard, tracked Australia Post using sustainable, environmentally friendly packaging where possible.
We strive to post all orders placed by 5pm on the next business day.
Once orders have left our office, we no longer have any control over the parcel or shipping times and it will then be in the hands of Australia Post.
We do not take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been left in the care of Australia Post.
Orders sent via Standard Shipping will usually arrive in 2-5 business days after postage.
The standard flat rate shipping fee is $10 AUD
All orders over $150 AUD will be given free shipping, Australia wide.
New Zealand
Orders to New Zealand will be posted via Aus Post International and the shipping fee will be determined at check out. We do not control these postage costs and they are calculated by Aus Post.
Tracking Information
Parcel tracking information will be provided via email on fulfilment of your order. You can use this to track the movements of your parcel right up to your doorstep.
Incorrect Address / Personal Information
We do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered postage information. In the event that a parcel is shipped to the wrong address or you do not receive the parcel and it is sent back to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the full shipping costs incurred.
